What can I expect at my custody hearing?
People are generally very nervous when they approach a custody hearing. It is your children, after all. A case will potentially include multiple witnesses and exhibits, including you yourself having to testify. If a Guardian ad Litem is involved or an attorney on the opposing side questions will be asked of you or of your witnesses by multiple attorneys. A judge will listen very carefully to all of the evidence and, eventually, will make a decision regarding the well-being of your children.
You are going to want an attorney who can assist you in all of those things, and more. Liz is an expert in custody hearings and is here to help you.
